Refund policy
For Projection Lamps and Bulbs Only
All projection lamps and bulbs are under warranty for six months from shipping date. Refunds, not replacements, will be issued for all returns; if a replacement is required, please place an order for the item. All returns must be double-boxed and require an RMA form or they cannot be processed. Refunds will be issued after returns are received and inspected; do not take a credit until a credit memo has been generated.
DAMAGED ITEM: Contact us within three business days if an item is damaged upon receipt. We will issue a refund if we paid for the original shipping. The item must be returned to Projector Bulb Supply for inspection by the shipping company with all original packaging included. If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping.
LOST SHIPMENT: Contact us within three business days if a shipment is lost. We will issue a refund if we paid for the original shipping. If you paid for shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to submit a claim; we will not issue a refund if you paid for original shipping.
WRONG ITEM: Contact us within three business days if the wrong item was shipped, or you did not receive all the items on the packing list. Return incorrect items for a refund, we will reship the correct item. Projector Bulb Supply will pay for shipping.
WRONG ADDRESS: Contact us within three business days if your order was sent to the wrong address as a result of an error on our part. Projector Bulb Supply will pay for shipping.
FEES:
- If a lamp can be returned to stock, but the box is damaged, marked or missing, a $10.00 reboxing fee will be charged.
- If a package is “Refused by Customer” upon delivery, and Projector Bulb Supply paid for the original shipping, a $25.00 fee will be applied.
- In the event free shipping was offered and the item is subsequently returned, a fee of $10.00 will be applied.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns that were not the result of a defective lamp.
Replacement lamps will be offered for defective lamps returned within warranty period.
Refunds will be offered for items received with an RMA form; if the wrong item was shipped, or shipped to the wrong address, and it was our error; items damaged or lost in shipping where Projector Bulb Supply paid for shipping.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Items that are used and still functional and cannot be returned to stock
- Items received without accompanying RMA form
- Items damaged in return transit
- Shipping costs and return shipping costs
- Improper installation including damages incurred while attempting installation
- Any installation or labor costs
- Lamps damaged by TV/projector malfunction
- Damage due to abuse, lightning or acts of nature, misuse, electrical stress or power surges
- Loss of use and lost profits.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANTY:
- Special-order items are covered by a different warranty. You will be notified by email if your item is special-order.
- Items that are Not Needed must be returned and received in the original, unmarked box within 25 days. There is a 20% restocking fee.
- Items that are Defective must be returned and received within 85 days for a replacement to be issued; refunds are not available for defectives.
