Genuine OEM brand projector lamp:
When money is no object and your projector is under manufacturers warranty; this is the option of some. This is the original manufacturers projector lamp that comes in a projector manufacturers branded box with brand logo, branded instructions and marketing material. This is the exact same replacement lamp and packaging you would receive if ordered directly from the original projector manufacturer. . Unquestionable lamp fit and quality. Some come complete with installation tools, accessories or filters.
Hybrid brand projector lamp:
When you want the brand quality but not pay the brand name price; get the hybrid brand. This complete lamp module uses the same brand bulb (usually Philips or Osram), as the original manufacturer. The case, which in most cases simply holds the bulb in place, may or may not be made by the same manufacturer. The projector lamp replacement comes in an unbranded box, but the bulb inside will have the same manufacturers markings as the original. Your projector lamp is warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years after purchase.
180 day projector lamp warranty: Your projector lamp is under warranty and guaranteed to be from of defects material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. Replacements will be supplied in cases where lamps are returned after 90 days. This warranty is typical for most of our Hybrid type projector lamps which have the original manufacturers bulb inside, but does not have any brand name packaging.
90 day projector lamp warranty: This is a common warranty for genuine original manufacturers projector replacement lamps and some generic brand lamps. This warranty guarantees you that your lamp will be free from any defects in material and workmanship and will operate with equal brightness and life for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Warranties do not cover:
